What kind of excursions do you offer?
We offer two types of excursions: with an accompanying guide during the coach journeys and with a guided tour and entrance fees at the destinations.
What is included in the price of the excursion?
The excursions include: transport to and from Malaga or from the Gibraltar area, with accompanying guide and two types of visit: at your own pace or with entrance fees, depending on the destination visited. You can see all the options in each excursion.
What is the typical duration of your excursions?
The duration is usually half or full day. Most of our excursions last between 8 - 12 hours. With the exception of destinations such as Morocco which can take up to 18 hours. This will always depend on the pick-up point you choose.
Can you cancel the excursion if it rains or if the weather is bad?
No, our excursions take place even if it rains. As long as it is not a risk for the clients.
What is the maximum group size for an excursion?
The maximum group size is usually between 30 - 55 people. This depends on the number of seats on the coach. However, if the activity includes a guided tour, the maximum number of people per official guide is 30.
What are the days of the excursions?
Within each tour you will find an indication of the days available for excursions. Within each tour there is a calendar that indicates the available days and pick-up times depending on the area you choose.
What type of transport is used for excursions?
In most of our activities we use coaches with between 20 and 59 seats available, depending on the number of seats occupied for each excursion. In the case of the excursion to Morocco, ferries are also used to travel between the port of Algeciras and Ceuta.
Do you have tour guides or is information provided about the places visited?
All excursions are accompanied by a guide who gives explanations in several languages, mainly English and Spanish, about the destinations to be visited. In addition we also have different digital guides for each excursion and if the type of tour you have chosen includes entrance fees, in most cases you will also be accompanied by a local guide.
I want to do the excursion on a day and time when there is no availability, is it possible?
It is possible to make guided tours privately, or in very small groups, adapting them to the day and time of your choice. It is subject to the availability of our guides and the language you choose. If you wish to take a private tour contact us for more information.
What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point for the excursion?
Regular excursions generally leave on time. Our bus waits 5 minutes at each stop. If the client does not show up at the stop, pick-ups will continue so as not to interfere with the estimated timetable of the activity.
Are the excursions adapted for people with reduced mobility or special needs?
No, some of the places visited require access by stairs or narrow passage. In the description of each tour these details are specified as far as possible. It is very important that if you are a person with reduced mobility, please contact us before booking so that we can better inform you about the tour you are interested in. We will also need to know in advance because if you are disabled we will have to adapt the bus for your comfort.

How can I book an excursion?

- Fill in your details in the form.

- You will receive confirmation immediately.
I have made a reservation and made the payment, does that confirm my excursion?
Whenever a booking is made, once payment has been completed, you must wait to receive a confirmation email and the voucher corresponding to your excursion at the email address you have provided. Remember to check the spam folder of your email manager.
How far in advance should reservations be made?
We recommend booking in advance as there are certain activities such as visiting the Alhambra in Granada that sell out very easily. In high season (Easter, summer holidays or festivities) places sell out quickly, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
Is it possible to make a reservation and pay for the tour at the destination?
No, full payment is required to reserve an excursion. Some activities require the purchase of tickets, so payment in advance is necessary to guarantee them. You can always check the cancellation policies of the excursions at the time of booking.
By which payment method can reservations be made?
Payments can be made by debit card, credit card or PayPal. If any of these payment methods are not possible please contact us at contact with us for us to help you finalise your booking.
Exchanges and refunds for excursions
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
In most of our activities the cancellation and refund policy is free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity. In case of an activity with nominative tickets, as is the case of the Alhambra in Granada, we kindly ask you to take a look at the cancellation policy of each activity.
Is it possible to change the day and time of the tours?
If you wish to change the day or time of an excursion you have booked, you should contact contact with us in advance. You must specify your booking details along with the new dates and times you wish to take the tour. You will have to wait for the re-confirmation, if there is availability, the change can be made. In the case of an activity with nominative tickets, as is the case of the Alhambra in Granada, we kindly ask you to see the cancellation policy of this excursion.
How do I cancel a tour?
Cancellations must be communicated by email, whatsapp or telephone if the booking has been made through our website. In case you have booked through an external website you will have to contact them to proceed with the cancellation of the activity. The amount of notice required for cancellation and refund of money is specified in the details of each texcursion.
