Very kind, friendly and helpful guide. Nothing was too much for him, always with a smile and very clear explanations. Thank you Carlos
Sara was very friendly and cheerful. She did a great job. The bus driver drove excellent. It was a very enjoyable trip, especially seeing the monkeys was fun. Thank you for such an enjoyable day.
An amazing day in Gibraltar. Monica was so helpful and attentive, while Carlos' local history stories were so funny and serious too. An absolutely brilliant day. Well done Carlos.
I would like to inform you of an unpleasant accident we suffered during the trip which prevented us from getting to the rock tour. We parked the bus in the car park at about 11.45 and were told to come back at 12.50 to join the guided tour. We decided to explore the city a little before the tour started, but it was very crowded and someone bumped into me from behind, hurting my leg on the slippery road. Because of this accident, we tried to run to the meeting point, but we missed the 12.50 train by about 2-3 minutes, which caused the bus to leave us. Monica, our guide, saw us from the rock tour bus, but could not get the driver to wait for us. So she can confirm that this accident happened. I really hope they can offer us a refund for the rock tour, because we travelled a long way from hungary just to see the top of the gibraltar with the monkeys and the cave.
Our little story... We did a day trip from Malaga to Gibraltar with the rock trip, we left Malaga around 7 am, we have been travelling for 3 hours just to get to Gibraltar. We arrived around 11:30, the rock trip is supposed to start at 12:50. We have been asking our guide Monica once again where the meeting point is. She said the same place where the bus stopped. We went back to the meeting at 12:30. At 1320 we saw Monica passing by on the rock excursion bus, she also saw us, she even waved at us but didn't stop. After 20 minutes more we called her and she told us that she was already at the top of the rock, and that we were late and left. We were a group of 6 people waiting for Monica at the meeting point at 1230 so 20 minutes early. She kept saying we were late even though she saw us and said hello. We are 3 couples (6 people) stuck in Gibraltar, with 83 euros lost on a trip that never worked out for us. Today is our last day of holiday, not the best, I can even say it's the worst!!!!!
Thank you very much for our trip, Carlos was awesome, very helpfully kind and good man, very good driver Juan too!
Carlos was very friendly and informative. The driver Juan, gave us a nice smooth ride. Everything was on time and without problems. I would recommend this company.
I liked it very much. An option where more time was available, say until 6 p.m., would be great, as I had to keep an eye on the time constantly and would have liked to walk and hike much more, but the trip well organised and comfortable and the guide excellent! Thank you very much!!!!
Havier is the best guide I have ever seen
Very good trip with 2 guides Carlos. One who takes care of you from the moment you get on the bus until you get back and the second who gives you a great rock trip tour. Both with total professionalism and a great sense of humour. Carlos and his calmness and patience with everyone on that trip made him a saint. There wasn't anything he didn't handle or anything he couldn't help with. Even if it wasn't his job he helped in every way he could and that particular trip had many of those points (thanks to the tourist of course 🤦🏼♀️). Just be aware that once you go with Carlos you will always expect such a high standard from any other tour guide.
