Excursion to Seville with visit to the Real Alcázar from Malaga and from Costa del Sol

I had booked through get your guide. The title said "Day trip to Seville with tickets to the Real Alcazar". I really wanted to see the Alcázar, but the entrance fee was not included. Juanjo tried his best to make the visit possible, but he didn't succeed. Juanjo gave me a lot of interesting information. All in all, I had a great time in Seville, but I was disappointed not to be able to see the Alcazar.

Alain was informative and friendly. However, we were disappointed that the promised three hours of free time turned out to be only one hour in which we had to find time for lunch. The hour we spent in the Plaza de España was appreciated and enjoyed, it was beautiful, as was our guided tour of the Alcazar. Our Alcazar guide was very interesting, but he arrived late at our meeting point and I think he went over the allotted time. Perhaps an Alcazar guide who understood that people visiting us on a day trip have a schedule and would like to see other attractions in the city would be more appropriate. In summary, our tour of the beautiful city of Seville consisted of an hour in the Plaza de España, walking to our group meeting point at Puerta Jerez, walking to see where we were to meet our Alcazar guide, an hour of free time in which we needed to have lunch and return to our meeting point for the Alcazar visit, waiting for our Alcazar guide, visiting the Alcazar, leaving half an hour for a very quick look at the cathedral as we returned to our group meeting point. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to see the Barrio de Santa Cruz or Triana, or to see the Torre de Oro.

Hello, departure from Malaga according to plan 45 Malaga (delay approx. 15 minutes)- We got off at Plaza de España around 11.00 a.m. - there was no toilet on board! Such a bus would not be allowed in Germany for a day trip! This outward/return journey was planned to take approx. 1.5 h with a toilet break - Mrs. Sara's contact number (just in case) was in the plan, but you had to call 0039, i.e. call Italy! On the return trip, Ms. Sara asked the participants to give money to the driver - the driver is not paid and still depends on our money/contribution - she kept the middle door closed when we got off, forcing those who got off to do so from the front - the stay was very badly organised.

I am very disappointed for several reasons 1) we were supposed to be 5 hours in Seville and it was not the case we were more or less 4h25. 2) we were more or less 25 minutes we arrived at 11h05 back at 11h30 in the Plaza de España insufficient to admire the beauty of the Plaza we did not see the Flamenco show. 3) then we waited for 15 minutes before leaving. 4) The visit to the Real Alcazar was badly planned we had an appointment at 13h10 we had to go to look for the guide at the tourist office with the device to listen to the explanations when we arrived we had to enter at 13h30 we entered almost at 14h we could not see everything for lack of time and the gardens were closed. The visit ended at 15h05. 5) we had 30 minutes left to buy lunch and return to the meeting point Puerta de Jerez at 15h35 to return. 6) we didn't eat, we didn't visit or take advantage of Seville and everything went quickly. 7) On the way back we were making a stop that was supposed to last 15 minutes and in the end it was 10 minutes longer. 8) the guide got off at the Malaga stop and left us with the driver to our destination. 9) the only good thing was the guide who took us to visit the Alcazar, her name was Marta, she was competent and very friendly.

The guided tour at the Real Alcazar was not well organised. We lost a lot of time at the entrance and the radio frequencies were mixed up, so we heard more in Spanish than in English. Everything else was fine.

A very interesting excursion. Our guide Carlos was very informative and entertaining.

The trip was very pleasant. Carlos entertained us the whole time on the bus and gave us important information about the Spanish culture, the cities, the olive trees and the attractions we were going to see, etc. He speaks several languages, which was fantastic... he explains to each client in his mother tongue, which was fantastic.

Although it was quite hot, the excursion was great. Everything was well organised. Time for the tour with a local guide and some free time (with all the explanations from your guide of what you can do and where). One highlight: the best guide. Thanks to Carlos it was a great experience (he explained everything and told us a lot of stories so we could better understand everything around us). His passion for what he does, his professionalism and his care for everything allows you to enjoy every minute of the trip from the beginning until you get back to the hotel. Just a word of warning - once you do a trip with him you will expect more from any other guide (he sets the bar very high).
