Guided electric bike ride through El Chorro and the surroundings of the Caminito del Rey. Choose 2 or 4 hours. E-bike, helmet and guide included. Set off on an unforgettable adventure through one of Andalusia’s most impressive landscapes: El Chorro and the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes Natural Park, home to the famous Caminito del Rey. On our guided electric bike rides, you can comfortably explore mountain tracks, woodland trails and natural viewpoints, enjoying spectacular views of cliffs, reservoirs and Mediterranean forests. The experience begins at Hotel La Garganta, where our local guides will provide all the necessary equipment and safety instructions. From there, you will set off to discover the secrets of this natural paradise while enjoying the fresh air and Andalusian sunshine. We offer two route options: – 2-hour ride (14 km): an accessible ride along forest tracks and gentle slopes, ideal for a relaxed experience discovering the ruins of Bobastro, the surroundings of the El Chorro reservoir with views of Huma peak, and native wildlife and plants. You will also discover the Matiañez spring and the gorge walls at the exit of the Caminito del Rey. – 4-hour ride (38 km): a more extensive ride through less visited parts of the park, with unique views from the viewpoint across the area’s three reservoirs: Conde del Guadalhorce, Guadalteba and Guadalhorce. See the Guadalhorce Valley, Sierra Huma and Pico Capilla (Antequera), the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes and Gaitanejo (the Caminito’s first gorge). During the ride, your guide will share interesting facts about the area’s wildlife, plants and history. The route ends at Hotel La Garganta, where you can relax on the terrace of Restaurante La Garganta, catch the train back or collect your car parked nearby. A perfect experience to connect with nature and discover El Chorro in an active, safe and sustainable way.
