Very enjoyable trip with reasonable free time in Granada and a good guided tour of the Alhambra. The heavy rain in the late afternoon did put a damper on the tour of the General life gardens, but no one can control the weather. Melina looked after everyone very well and gave good information and advice throughout the trip.

Carlos was amazing, such a great explanation and service he provides! Price-wise €89 quite expensive for only garden ticket excluding palaces. Without the garden ticket it would be €33.

I'm not sure if you received my review as I did not have WiFi earlier. I did not thoroughly enjoy the day. I didn't think it was worth the price. I don't know why that service station was chosen. Looks like people spent money there but the bathrooms were filthy and not all working. The tour guide at the Alhambra took too much time going back and forth between English and Dpanish. I thought our tour would be in English. It would have been a lot more efficient. Time management was an issue for our guide as there were issues with the audio and then someone in our group got lost. We missed the Charles v palace. I e taken many tours and this was not worth it. I am asking you to consider a partial refund. Thank you.

Carlos was great. I could not hear Alfredo, our guide at Alhambra and found him hard to understand. Carlos and our driver were very good. Easy to understand and hear Carlos. Very helpful as we had booked a pickup an hour walk away from our hotel but he dropped us at a stop much closer to our hotel.
