After leaving the Costa del Sol<\/strong> and Malaga<\/strong> We will continue our panoramic route along the Mediterranean coast into the heart of the Mediterranean Sea. the Axarquia region of Malaga, <\/strong> the eastern part of the province of Malaga.<\/p>\n

Our first destination is Frigiliana<\/strong> considered one of the most beautiful villages in Malaga, here the traditional Andalusian architecture begins to reveal itself, with its cobbled streets and whitewashed houses that make up the old Moorish quarter of this white Andalusian village.<\/p>\n

You will be able to enjoy during 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time<\/strong> strolling through the narrow streets of Frigiliana, such as the Hernando el Darra Street<\/strong> or the El Garral Alley<\/strong> contemplating the colourful flowers on the balconies and the blue details that decorate the white houses.<\/p>\n

Marvel at viewpoints offering panoramic views<\/strong> of the valley and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea and capture the scene in photographs that will become indelible memories.<\/p>\n

You can even enjoy the local craft and pottery market at the the Plaza de las Tres Culturas,<\/strong> Known for the coexistence of Jews, Muslims and Christians, a place where you can also take home a gastronomic souvenir such as cane honey or sweet wine from the Axarquia.<\/p>\n

Our next stop is 7 km from Frigiliana: Nerja<\/strong>, a coastal village in M\u00e1laga. We\u2019ll start with an audio-guided tour of the Nerja Cave<\/strong>, one of Andalusia\u2019s most fascinating natural treasures. Explore its spectacular rock formations, discover its ancient history and enjoy a unique underground experience in surroundings that will leave you speechless.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, you will enjoy Two and a half hours to visit Nerja<\/strong>, known to many as the location where the legendary Spanish series was filmed \u201cVerano Azul\u201d,\u00a0<\/strong><\/em> which aired in the 1980s, when the whole nation chanted \u201cThey won\u2019t move us from Chanquete\u2019s boat\u201d. You can see a replica of the boat \u201cLa Dorada\u201d in the park of Verano Azul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During your free time in Nerja, you can relax at the well-known Burriana beach<\/strong>. Another highlight in Nerja is undoubtedly a walk through the old town to the impressive Balcony of Europe<\/strong>, a viewpoint on a cliff overlooking the sea<\/p>\n
